Payment & Shipping

Make your secure payment directly on our website and we will take care of the rest. Here is the beauty of it all: shipping to the contiguous 48 states in the United States is included in our prices. We will gladly ship anywhere else for an additional fee.



 

What if I don't have artwork?

Don’t worry we are here to help you! When you submit your order make sure to select you that you need graphic design services and for a flat rate of $50 we will create whatever is on your mind. Simply fill out as much information as you can and provide us with any images, sketches or drawing and in a period of 24 hours, one of our graphic team members will contact you to confirm the details to start working on your unique design.

How does the artwork service work?

Once you have provided to our graphic team members what you would like, we will send you 3 suggestions for you to pick. Out of the selection chosen, you will have the chance to do up to (3) revisions. Logo designs are excluded from this service. Our goal will always be to make sure you are satisfied and happy with the artwork.



 

Returns & Refunds

We stand behind our products! In the case that there are any manufacturing defects, we will gladly to work with you to replace your product or refund you. In any case, rest assured that Fissol Group will make sure that you are completely satisfied.

Can I pick up my order?

You sure can! Just let us know on a note during check out. We are always happy to meet our customer so if you live in the Miami area, we will let you know once your order is ready so you can stop by.

Can I use copyrighted or licensed material?

If customer has all the rights and permissions to reproduced copyrighted material. Its it the customer responsibility to obtain such rights for any material, logos, trademarks that might represent a liability. We cannot accept and reproduced any material that will make liable for copyright infringement.
